Carol's Abs- Keep 'em Going
This is an
Abs pattern from

In crunch position on floor.
- Basic crunches (warm up)
- Basic pulse crunches (more warm up)
- Basic crunches, add right knee in - 4x's, left leg 4x's
- Crunches with a twist, right knee 4x's, 4 left with a twist
- 4 Right knee straight crunch position, 4 crunches with
right legs extended 4" off of floor, 8 crunches with
leg rising stright up and back to floor (caution: slow
beat, watch lower back on floor) Repeat on left leg
- With feet on floor (regular position), hold ab tight
in lift reach hand to right heel, (oblique work) left
side too.
