Dutchie's first Hi/Lo in 1999

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3945)

Two self-reversing combos that can be easily modified to a higher level of intensity.

Combo 1

Repeat left lead

Combo 2

Repeat left lead

After teaching both combos on both leads it is very easy to weave them together like: combo 1 right lead - combo 2 left lead - combo 1 left lead - combo 2 right lead.

My class loved this one since it allowed them to travel around with large movements. Have fun with it!

By the way, we just started out with Body Pump and I would love to hearfrom anybody who can share original and muscle challenging excercises! Thanks up front......
