This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 3950)

This combination can be altered for low impact.

Repeat from: 2 jacks and go the other direction (left) with the grapevine. You'll find yourself lunging with the right leg first on this side. And the knees will lead with the right as well.

Repeat starting with the 4 jacks, double grapevines, knees, hams, 2 jacks, 1 grapevine (right), step/lunge 2 forward-2back, quick tap 2 left knees, 2 right knees, 4 lunges, switch sides-4 lunges. 2 Jacks, single grapevine (left), step/lunge 2 forward-2 back, quick tap (right foot), 2 right knees, 2 left knees, 4 lunges-switch-4 lunges, 8 jacks
