Give us a U

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 3957)

The step is horizontal. Start at left corner. As you can see we make a U around the bench.

I replace step touches with hamstrings, charleston kicks and knees. Arms with leg outs-elbows in for pecs, with hamstrings-tricep kickbacks. With charleston kicks-push forward, with knees-pull down. It is easy for beginners but Step 2's like it too.

I have been an instructor for 9 years and am very happy to find this great forum for exchanging ideas. Anyone else get instructors block? Any guestions glad to explain. I have more.
