Kicking With Intensity

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3961)

Begin in a Fighters Stance with left leg forward, right leg behind:

To teach:

  1. Begin in fighters stance, left leg forward, right leg back.
  2. Hold left hand out in front at chest level, right hand in fist by chin.
  3. Right leg does outside to inside leg kick. (Right leg swings to front in outward to inward motion) - hit the left hand. (2) counts. Rest (2) counts.
  4. Add on gradually. First the squat, 2nd the side kick, 3rd the scissor and 4th the plyometric jump.
