A Bit Of Everything!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3976)

Block 1

(you are using grapevines to make an L formation)

Block 5

Repeat from start

I usually start out with grapevines right and left facing front. Then break down the grapevine with 4 walks forward on each side. For example, grapevine right, walk forward 3 and tap (left lead), walk back, and grapevine left-repeat walk forward with right. Then change the walks into grapevines.

I teach each block and slowly add the next - repeat from begining, and the teach the next, until at the end of class your doing all blocks together 3-4 X's for a good cardio!

This was my first time explaining- please give feedback on the routine and explaination! Any Q's just let me know!
