- Double kneelift x3 (12 counts)
- Jog forward (4 counts)
- Tapside x4 (8 counts)
- Double step backward x2 (8 counts)
- Easy walk or V-step x2 (8 counts)
- Star jumps or jacks x4 moving backward (8 counts)
- Pushback x4 (8 counts)
- March forward 1,2,3 and then add 3 kneelifts (8 counts)
- 4 Tapsides on right leg (8 counts)
- Heel press x4 moving forward (8 counts)
- Leg curl x4 (8 counts)
- Step touches moving backward x4 (8 counts)
After every block, you will be leading with the opposite leg.
