Squats to scream for!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3983)

Some of you may be familiar with ballet squats or plie squats. To get into position, have participants stand wider than shoulder width apart and have their feet slightly everted (angled to the side of the room)

Have them pick up HEAVY weights, about 10 pounds in each hand as a minimum.

Use your own discretion of repeating sets, with heavier weights the reps will have to go down.

Also remind them about posture, chest up tall and back straight. I find that they want to lean forward when they get tired.
