Throw away those shoulder pads

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 3985)

Have your participants select weights in the range of 5 to 7 pounds. After you are finished, switch to the left side (or do left first then right - whatever you like)

This should fatigue the muscle effectively.
