Covering All Sides

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 4004)

Starting from a vertical orientation to the board: Repeat in sets of 3 to alternate sides

Repeat in sets of 3 (substituting side lifts, hamstring curls, and knee-side-ham combo)

Last part--the dreaded repeater set:

Exit opposite side, into corner to corner, and start at very top

Because the first section reverses your orientation, mixing it with the second two allows you to swing it around. I've been doing this for some time with my classes, and it's so much fun they don't seem to mind that it's getting old, but I thought I'd share it before I retire it.
