Tried and True

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 4006)

This is a self-reversing, 32-count pattern. You can use both high- and low-impact moves, or modify to all low-impact (but high intensity). The shuffle brings you on to the left lead. You are now ready to repeat the combination on the left (walk up four counts, left-right-left-right . . .)

I like this combination because the transitions are smooth, and the pattern can be low or multi impact. You can modify it in a number of ways, including:
*Instead of Jumping jack 2x, squat with the right lead.
The count is still four beats.
Then, when you are on the left lead, squat to the left.
*Instead of the step touch, substitute a step knee lift 2x, pony 2x, step out-out and hop together. It is all the same four beats.
