Aqua Circuit

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 4011)

This workout is fun and each participant can put in as much or as little effort as they wish.

I set up 10 stations. I have printed and laminated various cardio moves and various strength moves to vary the workout. On each card are at least two variations. For example on a cardio card, I have a lower intensity move in black ink, then a higher intensity move in red ink. There are five cardio stations and 5 strength stations alternating.

Timing is as follows: 1 minute intervals, 15 second transitions, with a 5 minute warm up in the beginning and 5 minute cool down at the end.

The stations you set up are really dependent on your class and what type of "toys" your club has. Your music should be motivating and something the class enjoys.

For a change, I sometimes use cycling music which is mostly instrumental.
