Band-Aid for Boxing

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 4031)

I have my class warm up & stretch first: We use exercise tubing with handles behind our backs under our arms & throw jabs and punches using the tube for resistance. Starting with singles then doing eight counts on each punch really tires them out. I also add tricep extensions when we use the bands, but if you want to do push-ups in your class make sure you do them first. Saftey for your students is priority. ALWAYS wear hand wraps, when using target pads or heavy bags.
