Squats, Squats and More Squats

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4041)

Begin by lining up 10-12 steps (depending on the size of your class) vertically and spaced a plie squat distance apart.

Everyone begins on the left side of the step. (If you have a big class the people who are not on a step will form a line in front of the steps, doing the lunges and squats described below.)

Repeat this all the way down the steps, when you get to the end of the steps alternate:

Returning back to the beginning of the steps. Let everyone go through the line at least once, two to three times if you have a small class.

I borrowed this from my favorite instructor, Debbie. She, and I both promise this will make your legs and butt burn!
