1-2-3 UUUH!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4050)

Hi there! Me again. As I mentioned, I teach a hodgepodge of stuff, including Aerobic Kick Boxing. I only have 2 patterns so far, as I don't teach this a whole bunch. I thought I would share them and see what you think...

Note: These are not in 32 or 64 count blocks. I just make 'em up as I go!

Combo #1

Repeat other leg and this should self-reverse.

Note: when you get to the boxer skip, change the arms to go backwards!

Combo #2

Go right first... Repeat other leg and you have to make sure it self reverses -- it normally does when I do it, but sometimes it won't for me if I do too much talking when I teach it... That is all I have in my repetoire so far. I remember seeing someone looking for more "box aerobics" patterns. I hope this helps out. My next thing to do is go and make up my new combo for this week. I incorporate kick boxing into my hi/lo classes to keep things interesting. I would love to see more patterns for kick boxing. I know it is hard to keep it new and exciting.
