Cardio Kickbox Combo #5

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 4051)

Begin with right lead stance & arms in pyramid position:

32 Count Block:

Repeat block on left lead

32 count Block (self-reversing):

Tip: Slowly build combinations or teach pyramid style (start with a large number of counts, then chip away until you have the 32 count block. You can refer to the other Cardio Kickbox combinations submitted for more terminology explanations or just email me.
