Step Groove III (don't call it a comeback!)

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 5044)

Bench is horizontal. Only the first combination is self-reversing.

When you are finished you will be facing the back of the room. Sometimes people hate this, but I like to do it to them.

Breakdown of moves:

Box step:
With the foot on the bench (use the right for example), step up right, left on top then right, left on the floor. Kinda like a box step or jazz square.

L-step with rhythm change:
Knee to the side, 3 taps on the floor, knee exit back. I'll change the 3 taps from floor, floor, floor to floor, bench, floor.

Lunge front, knee back:
Basically a single lunge front & a double lunge back.
