aquatic ab exercises
This is an
Aquatic pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 5055)
Here are some aquatic moves that I do for the abs.
- 1. Tie the noodles and hold one in each hand. Bring
the legs un in a 90 degree angle like sitting in a
chair. Flex your feet and place the right heel on the
left toe. Now push up with the left leg like you are
trying to take the right toe out of the water. This
is called drying the toe. Alternate to the other side
when tired.
- 2. Eagle - noodles tied in knots, in each hand, lie
back and spread your legs out. Now move the legs
while in this position to the back and bring your
body to the front. Now the legs are spread in the
back. Bring the legs together and then back out.
Repeat bringing them from the back to the front.
- 3. Rocking chair. - same as above except keep the
legs together at all times. Extend the legs out
while together. Now bend them and push to the back
and extend. Repeat.
- 4. Oblique extensions - curl your legs up and to the
right while balancing with the tied noodles in each
hand. You should be laying on your right side. Now
lay on your back while you extend the legs and then
curl and roll over to the left side.
