Combo 1
- Knee rock: step knee (1-2) left foot down wide left,
right foot down wide right (3-4) in a rocking motion,
then left foot down right knee up (5-6) and exit (7-8)
- Walk back L-step: knee off the side (1-2) walk back
2 step and step kick on the floor (3-6) walk back
towards the step (7-8)
- Knee exit front of bench
- Pivot or basic
- 2 Glute lifts
Combo 2
- L-step hop back to straddle
- Knee exit facing back
- Basic left
- Repeat from the back to face front
Combo 3
- V squat: step up wide then squat on top
- Knee exit pivot so you will end facing side wall
- Revolving door or hop turn
- Over the top
- Turnstep
- Grapevine to the side of the bench: Now ready to
go across longways
- Across the top
- Knee exit front
Combo 4
- 6 Point turn
- Reverse up up: step up but face the back of the room
- Lunge 3x
- Straddle down
- Repeat with left lead
Note: you will end in straddle position
Combo 5
- 3knee repeater straddle on both sides of the bench
or knee up, tap down in, tap out wide, tap in knee
up straddle down on both sides of bench (16 counts)
- Straddle up go over the top (4)
- Diagonal
- Walk or step touch around small end
- Over the top
Combo 6
- Kick pivot 2 jacks in each corner or 4 alternating
kicks
- Broadway kick: step kick walk back for 2 kick on the
floor and walk back to the bench
- Hop turn
- Over the top
Combo 7
- Rock lobster straddle: stomp (1-2) straddle rock
(3-4) backward or forward hop turn and exit (5-8)
- 2 Knee repeater and exit (6 count)
- Squat behind the small end (2)
- Hop turn
- Turnstep
- 2 Quick ponies or tap up
- Freeze up (just jump up)
Combo 7
- Turn straddle turn
- Knee up cross tap behind and exit (6)
- 1 Jack
- Hop turn
- Over the top
- Diagonal
- Power knee moving back
Combo 9
- Alternate hams in the corners
- Hams around the world (ham straddle turn 2xs)
- Hoppin V Knee (8): V-step up hop in then out then
hopping with a knee up and exit. Note hoppin V Knee
can be replaced with a V-step up and exit then a
knee up and exit
