This is a Step pattern from (pattern 5070)

This is a self-reversing combination, there are no taps.


* Twisting hopscotch - approach with the bench on the left side. Up-up lunge two and off the other side, as you exit turn right and repeat.

** V-back - approach from the side of the bench and step up while turning and off the back --- ending up on the other side of the bench and facing it.

*** Triple knee around the corner - a triple knee around the end of the bench

**** Football - Facing the bench. Do a V-step on the floor turning to the left (so when you do the V-step the bench is on your right long ways). When you turn back to the right to a little 1-2-3 (skip, it is only 2 actual counts i.e. one and two) and repeat on the other side
