Terra's Low-2-High combo

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5072)

First combo:
Start with right foot Repeat with left foot leading

For higher intensity, add these:

Six-point turn-chug: this is like a turnstep, but on count 3, DON'T bring your left foot to the floor. Instead, turn back the way you came, counting 1, 2, 3, (turn back)4, 5, 6; then chug to make it an even 8 count.

Kick over: Instead of doing an over the top, (you should have both feet straddling the bench facing west) hop up on the bench (both feet), then kick the right leg up-exit right, tap left.

Arrow: It's simply two step touches (on the floor) around the side of your bench. (1st-back to the bench-turn-2nd-chest to the bench). You should be back at home.

High knees basic: Basic-lift up right knee-then left. (Both feet landing on bench) Now right foot down, left foot down.
