Julie's 30-Minute Circuit

I teach a 30 minute circuit class several times a week--this is one that my classes seem to really enjoy. It incorporates the step & lots of cardio. If I have extra time, I usually do a few minutes of abs. Cardio music works best with this as opposed to slower step music...
