Philly Boxing

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 5111)

This pattern is simple, but it is a good way to begin with people.

Begin with a double step touch, right and left

= 32 counts

Then you can add triple punches

To make it high intensity add a hop to the double step touch so that it is more like a skip than a step.
