DARE To Try!

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5121)

*Before beginning this advanced move, please advise participants to return to a basic crunch if they feel any discomfort in their back.

Positioning: Lie on your stomach positioning your elbows so they are directly under your shoulders.

The Move: Press up on to your feet. Note, all weight is balanced by the feet and the elbows at this point :-).

** The following variations should be done in while maintaining this pressed position:

They will love this abdominal exercise! The variation in form makes it fun and lends a nice change of pace!
