Barney shuffle!!!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 5164)

I used this with my older ladies floor class, but the intensity could certainly be upped for a more vigorous group.

The first combo does not self-reverse but the second one does so it is really a 64 count combo.

*The Barney shuffle... You turn your whole body to the side. And then you kind of stomp the floor, pulling your knee up a little as you do it. Depending on your style, your hips will sway side to side as you do this move. Let me know how this goes over!
