The Biggest 64 beat workout ever

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 5172)

Repeat from the beginning starting with the left leg

Begin on the "left" side of the step--that is, step up with the right foot and do the repeater with the left leg

The second half of the repeater/straddle starts on the opposite side of the step--step up with the left foot and do the repeater with the right leg

The repeater/straddle move goes very quickly; participants usually take a few tries to get it

Substitute 5 quick taps on top of the step and a knee up anytime you go over the top 2X

Add power on the A-steps by bringing the knee up as you go across the step

Substitute two lunges for the jumping jacks for lower intensity

The L-steps in the last pattern can be used as a "rest" interval or add one (or two) knees up and/or power on the step for more intensity
