BOOT CAMP "beggin'"

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 4862)

Intervals, with music, based on a 4 minute weight training and 3 minute intense cardio.

3 minute drills using a agility ladder (fire feet etc). Then 2 sets of 8 reps major muscle weight training at about 70-80% of 1 RM. We use body weight training (push ups, dips etc) then go into sprints with and without cones. I use boxing bag and gloves for an added resistant training, partnership with medicine ball for crunches, add in plyometrics (controlled) and finally have them use either towels to pull themselves across a hardwood floor or wheeled boards on a rug.

I always finish the class off with a total body stretch. Each week I attempt to do something new and equally challenging. The class is a hit!
