Athletic Drills

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 4866)

Please email me for room set up and warm up if you are interested in this class. You will need 6" steps, cones (you may substitute risers for cones), jump ropes, dynabands or exerbands and some cheap bouncy balls (optional but FUN)

You will travel the length of the steps, run up to the cones, travel through the cones and then do a group activity front & center for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes and then repeat the drill.

Go to step clusters in front of room - 2 students per step one on each end.

You may now either go back and repeat all drills 1 more time or go into push ups: Be sure to stretch gooooood and long. My classes look forward to Friday which is now our athletic training class, these have quickly become their favorite. Hope your class will enjoy too.
