Easy Moves for Hard Abs

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4878)

I use this routine for a "quick and dirty" ab workout that's easy to follow but tough enough for even advanced participants.

Keep an eye on your students and adjust the number of reps accordingly. Or, tailor the number you do to the group--16 or 32 for a gung-ho crowd--slower or fewer moves for beginners, seniors, etc.
