The big burn

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 4879)

Repeat whole routine 3-4 times for a full 45 minute workout.

This routine is an excellent workout done in the shallow end of the pool, so they can get full range of motion. After I taught it above water so they knew what I was queuing, I went in the water with them. They enjoyed this workout so much. The last 15 minutes of class I spend, alternating between, sculpting upper or lower body. Hope this helps. Feel free to contact me with questions.
