Ab series

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4895)

Here are some ab combinations I use. They can be done in deep or shallow water, using a noodle behind back, flotation belt and bouys, or Hydro-fit, placed on arms with bouys. I have been teaching water aerobics for 10 years now. I am AEA, USWFA and Hydro-fit certified. I keep looking for more ab. movements. If you have any ideas that are different please send the along to me. My class is up to approx. 200 sit-ups per class, we do about 25 then either change positions or do a stretch move.
