You can feel results the day after!

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 4896)

Lay on floor with back flat to ground, bend knees slightly. Use a hand weight...5 pounds or less (the heavier, the better results)

Put the weight in one hand behind your head...and cup the other hand over it...and start doing crunches...this may be a little much for some people...but I did 10 sets of 10. It will make you feel great.

I felt different right after the workout!
