Pump-up That Cardio

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4953)

The following move is a great way to to get that heartrate back up during a BoxAerobic class if you have just been working on technique or a combo that was a bit difficult. My classes love it and ask for it! Repeat

I move the jabs down in number after we've been doing it for a few sets and have them always shuffle for (4). So we'll shuffle 4, jab 4, shuffle 4, jab 2 etc.
