Jen's Boxfit Combo#2

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 4955)

Combo A

Warm up
I like to use very basic movements in the warm up, I recieved a few emails regarding warmups and thought I'd share with everyone. It's very simple. I usually start with a step touch and I get them to put arms in guard, then move into the bob and weave.

I also add on some heel digs (heel taps) and have them put up their guard and without very much height at all (1/2 foot) teach them to raise their knee and hit with their heel for a front kick. But they aren't really doing a front kick at all, it's just more allowing them to feel it.

Combo B

This is a combo that I feel should be done to slower music. I use 128-132 bpm. Especially where kick is concerned. I would also consider substituting a side kick instead of a round house or just another knee raise.

Combo B

All on the right Do this very slow
Then add it to tempo.
Still this is a controlled movement and should done more as a strength component.
