T's & A's

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4959)

A description of the T-step and the A-step follows the combo. Repeat using left lead

T-step: 1 right-lead straddle facing left (4) 1 right lead basic off the right side of bench (now facing right side of bench) (4)

A-step: This is just like an over-the-top except, when facing left with right lead, step up and a little forward then step off and a little back. A-step is over and back-8 counts.

I always teach the A-step first, do a bunch, then go into the T-step and the rest of the combo. It doubles easily only using 3 charleston kicks and 1 over the top.

When I tell the class what I've named it it usually gets a few laughs and a few groans!! Have fun.
