Cardio Kickbox Combo #6

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 4961)

These are some of the combinations I put together for a recent workshop. Hope you like them! Thanks for the email :~)

Pyramid position:

Combo 1: Squared up*

Repeat other lead

Combo 2: Right lead

Repeat left lead

Squared up: facing forward, although a real boxer never exposes the entire body that way. This is only for symmetry.

Back kick: I do a side kick to the back to keep the back from arching and to aim for the invisible opponent.
