Reverse or start from the top.

These are all easy moves, but just in case, I wrote an explanation:

Around the world with a reverse hop-turn back: Very easy, like it sounds. Start the around the world with left/right knee straddle. Then other corner (front side of bench, not home side) left knee straddle instead of a right do a reverse hop-turn. You will be facing the left wall on the front side of the bench.

Quicktaps: two lunges off the bench, exit opposite side.

Turnstraddle with a reverse hop-turn: Turn and straddle the bench, exit with a reverse hop-turn. You will end up where you started.

Turn into a double knee: Turnstep stay on top of bench do 2 repeater knees, exit off.

Revolving door: over-tops with the same lead leg. You'll be facing the opposite wall.

Popcorn around: Repeater around the side of the bench, stay on top and go right over the top, exit off. You will be facing the opposite wall.

Power scissors combo: one scissor get low with power, 2 quick scissors, one scissor get low with power, 2 quick scissors. (I give a repeater as an option.)

My class really likes this routine, especially when I put it all together, 1-6 and then reverse it. As a mental breather, I do a lot of interval moves. Mostly lunges and squats. Shuffle runs and power push-ups, I usually save for the end.
