This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from

(pattern 4980)
Block 1
- Right lead: march in 3, tap on 4 going forward, diagonal
right, march in 3, tap on 4 going backward (1-8)
- 4 Alternate knee lifts (step right, knee lift left,
right, left, right) (1-8)
- March in 3 tap on 4 (still right foot lead) going
forward diagonal left, march in 3 tap on 4 going
backward (1-8)
- 4 Alternate knee lifts (step right, knee lift left,
right, left, right) (1-8)
Block 2
- Leg curls: single, single, double:
- Step right, curl left leg (1-2)
- Step left, curl right leg (3-4)
- Step right,curl left leg two times (5-8)
- Grapevine left, grapevine right (1-8)
- Leg curls: single, single, double:
- Step left, curl right leg (1-2)
- Step right, curl left leg (3-4)
- Step left, curl right leg two times (5-8)
- Grapevine right, grapevine left (1-8)
Block 3
- 4 Step touch going forward (1-8)
- 2 Marches going back (1-4)
- 2 Jump jacks (5-8) - this is to change leg lead
- 4 Step touch going forward now on left lead (1-8)
- 2 Marches going back (1-4) march left foot first
- 2 Jump jacks (5-8)
Block 4
- Now back on right lead: double step to the right (1-4)
- V-step left lead x 1 (5-8)
- Side tap left, right (1-4)
- Double tap left (5-8)
- Double step to the left (1-4)
- V-step right lead x 1 (5-8)
- Side tap right, left (1-4)
- Double tap right (5-8)
Block 5
- Grapevine right, 2 leg lifts left (1-8)
- Grapevine left, 2 leg lifts right (1-8)
- Grapevine right , 2 leg lifts left (1-8)
- Grapevine left, 2 leg lifts right (1-8)
I usually teach this block by block, after block one I teach
the 2nd block, then ask them to repeat from the 1st
block...then I proceed to block three, when they can follow
already, I then ask them to repeat again from block 1 and
so on and so forth....
