1st Combo
- 1 Basic
- 1 V-step
- Freeze the V
- 1 Turnstep
- Diagonal
- 1/4 hop off end
- Across the top 1 time
- 1/4 Hop facing right side (left shoulder to the
front mirror)
Repeat left lead
2nd Combo
- Turnstep
- Horseshoe
- 3 Knee repeater (right) straddle down, 3 knee repeater
(left) and exit
- Back on top for 3 side to side lunges, exit
Repeat left lead
3rd Combo
- Kick corner to corner
- Kick straddle, kick exit
- (now facing back of room) Lunge back 4 times (right lead)
- Kick straddle, kick exit (other end)
- (no facing front of room) Lunge back 4 times (still right lead)
Repeat left lead
4th Combo
- L-step left end (right lead)
- L-step right end
- L-step left end
- Over the top 7 times
- Knee lift and exit
Repeat left lead
5th Combo
- Turnstep
- Diagonal
- 2 Jacks move you back
- 2 Turnsteps
- 2 A-steps over the bench
- 1 Over the top
Repeat left lead
6th and Last Combo
- Take it up and lunge facing front 4 times in place and
4 to move it down
- 1/4 Hop off right end
- Lunge off end 8 times
- 1/4 Hop facing the back, lunge 4 times in place and 4 to
move you down
- 1/4 Hop off other end
- Lunge off end 8 times
- 1/4 Hop back to the beginning
Repeat left lead
Note: there is no step down in this last combo, after 1/4 hop
you immediately go into lunges.
All combos except last are in 32 counts. Last combo is very intense.
After doing both sides, mix it up, left, right, left, right, etc...
