This is a
Body Sculpting pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 4272)
- Basic crunches 10x
- Lift right leg crunch up 8x
- Lift left leg crunch up (right leg remains up) 8x
- Right foot comes down (start position) 8x
- Left foot comes down (start position) 8x
- Basic crunches 10x
Then repeat going backwards left - right.
Remember when both feet are up to watch your back. Keep the
back flat against the floor. Never let the back arch up!!
You can reduce the number you do. These do get to be
really tough.
