Mad March Thighs

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 4281)


Lie on floor, bottom leg bent under, top leg out straight. I always say to look down the body and if you can see your knees then move them back so you are in a straight line. Also lying on hip bone so that the hips are stacked etc etc, I'm sure you know anyway. Side of foot or heel raises to ceiling not toe.

Brackets () tells the number of times performed NOT the number of counts.


Same counts as above

This is just the same as a pulse but from the bottom of the move up. Tell them to touch down each time and only to come half way up.
