This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 4314)
Part 1:
- 1-4 Grapevine right (right arm side out - left arm
straight up - left arm half down - right arm to the
body. Now it looks like doing a biceps-curl)
- 5-8 Double lunge right (both arms straight
up & down twice)
- 1-4 Mambo turn right (arms like the wings of a plane)
- 5-8 Grapevine left
- 1-8 Jumping jack (side arm lift - shoulder high)
- 1-4 Lunge right/left (jump-right knee up) (arm
straight up right/left)
- 5-8 Rocking horse right
Part 2:
- 1-4 Walk right front - left knee up - 1/2 turn
- 5-8 Walk left front - right knee up - 1/2 turn
- 1-8 Leg curl right/left
Do it again!
It's not easy to describe all moves, specific the arms.
