Let's Go Vertical Baby!

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4316)

This is an add-on combination that can last up to a 30-40 minute cardio segment. You can introduce part of each combo or let'r rip and do it all. (*) denotes addition.

Combo 1:

After 4 time then keep walking and start combo walking up. It helps to count out load so that the class knows that you keep walking.

Combo 2:

Repeat combo on the other side of the step 4 x

Add combo 2 after combo 1 and repeat several times

Combo 3:

You will end up at the other side of the step

Add combo 3 after combo 2 and repeat several times

Add combo 1, 2, and 3 all together.
