Killer Cardio Boxing

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 4324)

Being an ex boxer I teach cardio boxing a little differently. This is the routine.

Depending on the size of the class the balance of people will either do a cardio box routine or we do focus pads. After a while we switch five new people to the bag. Do your punching routine at half speed until people can pick-up the drills.

Always emphasize control and safety. Skip rope can be difficult for out of shape people (also in shape). I tell people to go their own pace and to stop if they need to. I had one woman who could do spinning for an hour and was exhausted with ten minutes of skip rope!
