Work Those Abs

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 4327)

Hello! How is everyone today?

I have been using this site for more than a month now and it has been extremeley helpful for adding variety and challenge to my routine! I want to thank everyone for their input-I love it ALL!!!

I tried this ab exercise after teaching 4 classes one day (don't ask), it was a big shortage on covering that day. Anyway I decided to try these out and they were differant and I could really feel them!

Anyway here they are:

You'll need a step and a mat.
Place your step horzontal to the front of the room with the mat on top. You'll sit on the right or left side of the step with your feet hanging off the short end of the step.

They will feel this in their back also - Be sure to have them keep their backs as straight as possible.
