Double Roundhouse

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 4334)

Start in a fighting stance with left leg forward/right leg back. Hands up to block your face. My class likes this one move a lot because it forces them to have control over their lower bodies. Thanks to all who have sent in ideas, they are great.

Thanks to Billy Blanks for opening the door for instructors like us, who enjoy doing martial arts and have brought it into a group fitness environment.

Since teaching "Cardio Kickboxing" a whole different group of people (weight room, treadmills, ski machines, etc.) are now enjoying the benefits of group fitness.
