Push up, push up, push up

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4335)

This is, as you may already know a push up pattern.

You get the point, work your way down to 1.

Once your class succeeds at this, stop the rest time from 4 to 2 from the counts of 4 push ups to 1 push up. When you get to around 3 push ups left instead of resting hold the ready position of the push ups. Once your class improves on these, work your way down the number scale (10-1) and then back up (from 1-10). I love these, especially in between sets of chest work like flys, or chest press. OUCH!
