Step Sports Conditioning

This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4345)

Line up 8 to 10 steps (2 risers--total height of 8 inches) (not end to end), and make a second row if necessary so that there are at least as many steps as there are people in the class. Go through each "part" at least twice fora total of 10-15 minutes of cardio and strength conditioning. Very important that people do the over the top from a SIDE approach. Those of us who teach step all know that coming down off the bench forward is bad biomechanically.
