Vertical Step Challenge
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 4356)
The participants really seem to enjoy these combos (I use
Power Music Club Trax 14 for these combos).
All combinations are 32 or 64 counts and automatically repeat
to the opposite lead leg. (I have shown only the final
pattern - not how I would break it down).
The step is vertical. Lead is always from the left side of the
step at the end:

the front of the room (see diagram above) place your right
foot on the bench and bring your left knee up as you face
the right side of the room (count 1,2), then place your

(count 3,4), then place your right foot on the bench and
lift your left knee up (count 5,6) and then exit on
count 7,8.

floor and bring your right knee up (count 3,4), then place
your right foot on the bench and bring your left knee up
(count 5,6) and then exit on count 7,8. Add propulsion
if you like. SWEATY!
- Repeater Hitch - at the starting position facing the front
of the room (see diagram above) do a regular knee repeater
but on count 5,6 pivot/little hop with your supporting leg
