Especially For You On The Left
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

First of all, I want to say "Thank you" to all of you
people for sending me your comments of my
Witches' Dance. It feels so good knowing that someone read,
tried and liked your own little "master-piece". I admit that
this time I wasn't so original, but read it anyway. Here it
goes:
Warm Up:
- Grapevine right (4)
- V-step left (4)
- Grapevine left (4)
- V-step right (4)
- Hamcurl alternating 4x (8)
- Squat right & left (8)
Combo One:
- Grapevine right & left (8)
- Hill-toe-hill-toe right (4) *
- Mambo right (4)
- Single side lunges 4x (right, left, right, left) (8)
- Double front lunges right & left (8)
Repeat it on the LEFT LEAD.
Combo Two:
- Walk forward 4 & back 4 (8)
- Hamcurl 4x turning 90 degrees to face left wall (8)
- Double step touch right lead (still facing left wall) (8)
- Jump rope 4x (meaning hop on both legs) (4)
- Double step touch left lead (facing left!) (8)
- Jump rope 4x turning 90 degrees to the front again (4)
Combo Three:
- Grapevine right with 90 degree turn on 4th count to face
left wall (4)
- V-step left (4)
- Walk forward 3 (left lead) and lift right knee up
turning to the front (4)
- Double side lunges right & left (8)
- Single side lunges right & left (4)
- Jumping jacks 2x (4)
- Zip it up! (4) **
* Hill touches front, toe touches back (2x)
** Zip it up -
- Count: jump wide legs and lift right arm up
- Count: lift left arm up (legs and right arm still)
- Count: both arms down (legs still)
- Count: legs together, shoulders up & right arm moves as
if zipping the long coat.
If you don't like the "Zip" part you can do 4x jumping jacks.
Usually I teach 4x jumping jacks, and then I break it to 2x
jumping jack and Zip.
